Elegant notes of dark amber with hints of fig and raisin. Palate is balanced with ripe fruit, tropical spice, smoky oak, hints of sherry and a tobacco finish. Five year old rum that then rests for three years in Palo Cortado casks, followed by two more years in Pedro Ximenez solera casks.
