fruity and powerful, spirited; possessor of a very fine perlage. A young Spumante to drink fully.

White meats, raw, including alle vongole pasta, mixed fries and the typical Venetian polenta.
Strong Italian cheeses, reggiano, grana padano, but fantastic with French ones like Roquefort and all the blue variety.
